From 15 years of age, he or her will starts to develop the ability of abstract understanding. He starts to reason and analyze about his life, his future. So we remember this we have to give our tithe on the first week of the month. and the timing in giving your tithe is also important. and Abraham entered into GOD's "Blessed Blessing" and Multiplying Multiplication" because he went beyond tithing and entered into ultra-generous offering.
